2024 Irmaa Tables. The irmaa income brackets for 2023 start at $97,000 ($103,000 in 2024) for a single person and $194,000. Irmaa is a surcharge that people with income above a certain amount must pay in addition to their medicare part b and part d premiums.
The irmaa tier that i’d like to stay in is the $129,000 to $161,000 tier (that is the tier for 2024). The 2024 irmaa brackets by law are going to be larger than 2023.
